Aasif Sheikh rejected Salman and Shilpa’s plea to enter Bigg Boss

user1 December 9, 2017

Being a part of a reality show is not an idea all are comfortable with. Not all desire to open up their lives infront of the world so that all and sundry are free to comment on what they like about it and what not.
In the past, the Tellytown celebrities, Shakti Arora, Nia Sharma, Tina Datta, Niti Taylor and many more chose to say NO when approached for being a part of the Colors’ flagship reality show Bigg Boss. And now joining the bandwagon is Aasif Sheikh who refused to be a part of the reality series produced by Endemolshine.
Aasif who began his TV career with Hum Log, that used to air on Doordarshan and is quite famous for his phenomenal acting in Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hai as Vibhuti Narayan Mishra, confirmed with TellyChakkar that not just once but he rejected to be a part of Bigg Boss on two ocassions.
The actor said, “Even though Salman is a very close friend, when he asked me to be a part of the show, I rejected his offer as I have never wanted to be a part of reality shows, said Aasif Sheikh.” Aasif also shared that his co-actor Shilpa Shinda who is a part of Bigg Boss house currently, even nominated him for BB11 and yet again the actor said NO to being a part of the show.
On further prodding for the reason behind the decision, Aashif said, “I have never liked keeping my life on a buffet for people to come and comment on it and I do not like nor am I interested in interfering in other people’s life. So reality TV is a big NO for me.’
TellyChakkar totally respects Aasif Sheikh’s choice and his stance of never being a part of Bigg Boss. We wish the actor all the very best for all his future endeavours!
